Chesham Estates are pleased to confirm the completion msc of the formal agreements with Premier Inn for their new 70 bedroom Hotel and new Brewers Fayre restaurant at the former Honey Club site on West Parade in Rhyl Town Centre. This follows the successful msc grant of planning approval for the development and Chesham Estates will now move to the pre-construction stages of the project in the New Year with a start on site anticipated during the second msc quarter of 2015. Construction is likely to take 12 months. msc Julian Seabrook, Managing Director of Chesham Estates: "I am delighted to have concluded agreements with the team at Premier Inn and very much look forward to delivering this project in the months ahead for the benefit of Rhyl and visitors to the town alike."
Nick Johnston, Acquisitions Manager for Premier Inn, said: "We are delighted msc to have finalised the deal to bring a new 70-bedroom Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre to Rhyl. The deal will help to deliver the regeneration of the former Honey Club site, as well as £5.5million of investment and around 60 new year-round jobs for the local area.
"Rhyl is an excellent location for a new Premier Inn – the new hotel will help to attract new visitors to the town and boost footfall to local shops, cafes and restaurants. We look forward to opening our doors to customers in 2016.’ Denbighshire's Leader and Cabinet Lead Member for Regeneration, Councillor Hugh Evans OBE, said: "This really is excellent news. "The development of a brand new Premier Inn and Brewer's Fayre Restaurant will see a key strategic site on the promenade being brought back into use and is another msc important step forward in the regeneration of Rhyl both for residents to enjoy and as a visitor destination."
